I just found out that after this company kept my Macbook for almost a month they still didn’t fix it AND none of the info from my hard drive was salvaged. My oh my what a fucking predicament I’ve found myself in. My book was supposed to come out on the 10th of this month, and now all the files and 90% of the writings are fucking gone. Now if I want my files restored it’s going to cost at least $1500 and it will take at least another two weeks to get the files back then. Fuck fuck fuck.

Oh, and did I mention,…fuck.

One bit of good info from this though… is that I will be getting my Mac back by Friday and my friend is going to install a new hard drive for me, so at least that’s one problem I’ll have out of the way.

It’s hard to see any bright side to this situation, but I’m sure as hell trying to.
